Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

We know mistakes happen! We offer a 2-hour grace period from the exact time your order is placed to cancel or request modifications. After 2 hours, your order enters our automated production queue, and custom blank garments are committed to the print process. Beyond this window, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

All of our shirts and personalized products are custom-printed specifically for you using the high-quality Direct-to-Film (DTF) heat press method.

• Sizing & Exchanges: Because these items are uniquely printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.
• Shrinkage Tip: We highly recommend picking one size up to avoid natural shrinkage if you plan to wash your shirts before using them.
• Design Notice: Please follow our "personalization structure" exactly before submitting your customization. Unless a custom design is explicitly discussed and agreed upon via message prior to ordering, we will print based on our standard design templates. Print sizes may vary slightly across different garment sizes.

We gladly accept returns for unprinted, blank shirts and blankets under the following conditions:

• You must contact us and initiate the return within 7 days of purchase.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original labels and tags fully intact.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any structural issues with your order, we will arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.

• 7-Day Window: Please inspect your order upon delivery. You have 7 days from the delivery date to report print defects, incorrect items, or shipping damages.
• How to Claim: To request a replacement, please send a message along with a clear photo of the issue to our customer support email or WhatsApp.

We work with a trusted network of high-quality brands (including Onesies®, Outlash, Bella Canvas, Laviva, Gildan, Bonitta, Cottonfelt, Rabbit Skin, and Tara Outfit) depending on current size and color availability.

• Variations: Because we source from multiple manufacturers, some items may feature slight variations in measurements and color shades. For example, a "baby blue" adult shirt may vary slightly in shade from a youth, toddler, or infant size.
• Onesie Sizing Labels: Please note that infant onesie tags vary by manufacturer (e.g., a 0-6m label may read 3-6m, 6-12m may read 12m, and 12-18m may read 18m).
• Oversized Bodysuits: Our long-sleeved infant bodysuits are designed with a roomier fit for maximum comfort (80% cotton + 20% polyester).
• Fabric Content: All solid colors (such as natural) are 100% cotton. All heather colors are a soft cotton/polyester blend. Security blankets feature a 100% polyester makeup from the "Just Born" line, measuring 25x25 inches.

Before completing your purchase, please review your order details and delivery details thoroughly.

• Incorrect Addresses: Once your package has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot modify the address. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping fees. We do not take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect address submissions.
• USPS & Carrier Delays: We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, once a package is in the hands of the United States Postal Service (USPS), we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Shipping transit times may vary depending on local weather conditions, peak holiday periods, and other carrier-related factors.
