1) Please follow the "personalization structure" exactly before entering your customization. If you would like a different design, please message me before placing your order. Otherwise, we will print based on our design.
2) We gladly accept returns of blank shirts and blankets within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure all labels and tags remain intact if you wish to return an item.
3) Since all our shirts are custom-printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing.
4) If you encounter any issues with your shirt, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
5) Please note that print sizes may vary slightly between different t-shirt sizes.
6) This design will be made using the heat press (DTF method).

8) We work with several brands depending on color and size availability (Onesies®, Outlash, Bella Canvas, Laviva, Gildan, Bonitta, Cottonfelt, Rabbit Skin, and Tara Outfit). As a result, some items may have slight variations in measurements and color shades. For example, the baby blue in adult t-shirts may differ from that in youth, toddler, or infant sizes.
9) Our oversized long-sleeved bodysuits for infants are designed with a roomier fit to ensure maximum comfort for your little ones.
10) Before completing your purchase, please review your order details and shipping address carefully. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to modify the address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. We cannot take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
11) We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of USPS.
12) Shipping times may vary depending on weather conditions, peak periods such as holidays, and other factors. Rest assured, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
